Show cooking and wine tasting with chef and sommelier
A journey through authentic Trentino flavours with Giada Miori, chef at Ristorante La Casina di Drena, and Giuseppe Carrus, sommelier, editor of the Vini d’Italia guide and contributor to Gambero Rosso. Local cuisine is shaped by a balance between regional ingredients and traditional techniques. During the show cooking, the chef will prepare a dish designed to pair perfectly with Nosiola and Albana wines. Giuseppe Carrus will guide participants through the art of wine pairing, offering practical advice on how to choose the right wine to enhance a special dish. You will taste freshly prepared finger foods accompanied by glasses of Nosiola and Albana. The experience ends with dessert paired with Vino Santo from Valle dei Laghi and Albana Passita.
