Guided tasting through the winery, distillery and vinegar cellar of Azienda Agricola Cantina Distilleria Giulio & Mauro in Santa Massenza.

In the heart of the Valle dei Laghi, Mauro,Cosima, Andrea and Filippo carry on a family tradition that embraces every nuance of the grape. Their small and authentic business brings together an artisanal winery, a historic distillery – one of the oldest still operating – and a vinegar cellar where time and wood do their silent work.
Visiting these three places means stepping into a story made of ancient gestures, intense aromas and a deep connection with the land. From grape to wine, to grappa, to vinegar: different products, one identity.

A complete journey through the knowledge and flavors of the grape: what to expect

The visit includes the winery, distillery and the vinegar cellar, which is located about 200 meters away and easily reachable on foot;
In the winery, you’ll taste three wines and three grappas, chosen on the spot: we recommend local varieties like nosiola, schiava and negrara, and for the grappa – one white, one aged, and a fruit or herbal liqueur;
In the vinegar cellar, you’ll taste vinegar straight from the barrel, served on a piece of Grana Trentino cheese;
The experience ends with a small aperitif featuring a crostino with olive paté and cheese;
The activity is designed for adults, but children are welcome (free of charge and without tasting);
Comfortable shoes are recommended for the short walk between spaces.

The experience is partially accessible for people with reduced mobility: spaces are visitable, but the bathroom is not accessible.
