Cantina Salim in Colour: discover the art of wine

Vineyard and cellar tour with guided tasting and creative workshop.

At Cantina Salim, wine is discovered step by step, starting from the land. The experience begins among the vineyards and the historic farmhouse and continues inside the production areas and barrel cellar.
The guided tasting focuses on the senses. You will also receive a small canvas and acrylic paints to translate aromas, scents and sensations into colours and shapes. A creative experience suitable for families, with organic local juices provided for children.

A journey through nature, wine and creativity: here’s how the experience unfolds.

The experience lasts about 3 hours and is available in two time slots: 10:00 am–1:00 pm or 4:00 pm–7:00 pm.

It is divided into two parts:

• Guided tour: walk through the vineyards, visit to the historic farmhouse and access to the production areas and barrel cellar.
• Guided tasting with creative workshop: 3 glasses of your choice (Trentodoc and still wines), 1 BRUME grappa of your choice, a tasting of Lucida olive oil from the estate and a selection of local products. During the tasting, you will receive a small canvas and acrylic paints to freely interpret aromas, scents and sensations. You can take your canvas home as a keepsake of the experience.
  
  For children, local organic apple or fruit juices are provided so they can actively take part in the experience.

• To reach the farmhouse, the last 500 metres of the road are unpaved and include a steep section.
• Reduced price for children: €15.00.
