To obtain your Garda Guest Card, simply stay at a Partner Premium accommodation facility in Garda Trentino. You will receive your card at the time of booking via email or at the reception upon your arrival.

Book your holiday through the gardatrentino.it/booking website and you will automatically receive a Garda Guest Card via email.

Already booked but haven’t yet received your Garda Guest Card? Request one from your accommodation facility.

Your Garda Guest Card will remain valid for you and your travel companions for the entire duration of your holiday in Garda Trentino, even if it’s just for a one-night stay.

Your Card is valid immediately from the day of your arrival. This means you can also use public transport for free to reach your accommodation.

The Garda Guest Card is free and cannot be purchased from accommodation facilities or Garda Trentino info points. It will be given to you by your chosen accommodation facility, either at the time of booking or at reception.

Garda Guest Cards are usually used in digital format, via the Mio Trentino app (App Store, Google Play).

Your accommodation facility will send you an email with a link to download the app and an alphanumeric code to activate your digital card.

To activate it, just follow these steps:

1. Once the app is downloaded, click on Log In to register;
2. Select Link Your Guest Card and enter the alphanumeric activation code;
3. Click on Verify, enter the ages of all travel companions, and then Activate.

To access the museums and attractions included in your Garda Guest Card, open the Mio Trentino app and first click on Use Your Guest Card and then Show Your Guest Card.

Your Garda Guest Card provides limitless travel on all public transport services in the province of Trento (urban buses, intercity buses, local railway lines).
Here’s how it works:

1. Open the Mio Trentino app and click on Show Your Guest Card;
2. Select Travel With Guest Card and Validate Your ride;
3. Scan the QR code you find on board.

For the Bus&Go service, simply show the card to the driver (see the previous question).

You can request a paper card when booking. During check-in, your accommodation facility will provide you with a paper version, paired with a magnetic transport card, so that you can use public transport for free.
