From their fruits comes Salim Trentodoc, a classic method sparkling wine distinguished by its fine, golden bubbles. 
But it's not just about the bubbles: Maso Salim also produces still wines and grappa. The tasting of all these products is the highlight of this visit, which begins at the historic estate, continues through the vineyard, and proceeds to the cellar, offering a true immersion in the winemaking tradition.

• The last section of the road to the farm has one kilometre without paving and one section with a steep slope.
