IMPAVIDA. This is the name of our craft brewery. It is also an adjective that, (in Italian, means “fearless”) better describes the character and the personality of two women who created the brewery in a special location between the cities of Arco (TN), Riva del Garda (TN) and Torbole sul Garda (TN), a location that is the mecca for lovers of biking, surfing, sailing, excursions and climbing, and since 2020 also now a destination for craft beer lovers.Here, in the spectacular setting of a redesigned industrial building, and thanks to the experience of our brewers, every day we create excellent Italian craft beers with a strong and distinctive character. Come in to discover them!In the company of our brewers, you will walk through the various stages of creating a craft beer, from the creation of the recipe, the selection of the barley, the choosing of the most aromatic hops and the strangest yeasts. During the tour, you will discover the various sections of the production plant, such as the mill, the brewhouse, the cellar, the canning line, the laboratory, the pilot system, the refrigeration cell and much more.At the end of the guided tour, a guided tasting will take place in the brewery Taproom, with 4 beers of your choice served in 0.15 l glasses. For those wishing to take some of their favourite beer home, the Beer Shop is on hand to sell all our beers as well as other gadgets at wholesale prices.Experience the culture of non-industrial beer with our brewery.
