In Garda Trentino, from the end of September to mid-November, there’s a series of delicious events.
Village festivals, fairs, and markets where you can taste many typical specialties and learn about the history behind the traditional dishes.

• Mostra Mercato della Val di Gresta
  Ronzo Chienis | 27.09.2026
  Organic vegetables, authentic flavours and farming traditions.

The events of Mese del Gusto celebrate seasonality and short supply chains, the key ingredients of a more mindful approach to food.
They are also Eventi Attenti (“mindful events”): events that take practical steps to reduce energy use and waste, encourage recycling, and promote more sustainable ways of getting around.
