The Milk Festival is an unmissable opportunity to immerse yourself in the rural culture and traditions of Fiavè and the Comano Valley. You can discover the secrets of dairy farming and milk processing, taste typical cheeses of the area, and delight your palate with sweet delicacies made from fresh milk.

From 7:00 PM, Fiavé’s restaurants invite you to discover special menus dedicated to milk, local cheeses, and meats from the Provincial Breeders' Federation.

9:00–11:00 am | Walk through the Fiavé Biotope
A walk from the Pile-Dwelling Museum to the Biotope, ending at La Torba Farm with naturalist Luca Bronzini. Includes stable visit, hand-milking demonstration, calf feeding, and tasting of fresh milk and Latte Trento yogurt.
