Wine is culture, identity, and tradition.
Reboro was born from the friendship and collaboration of the winemakers of the Valle del Vino Santo Trentino, who chose to invest their expertise in the art of grape drying to create a fine red wine from Rebo grapes.
After drying on the aréle and three years of aging in oak barrels, Reboro reveals elegance, structure, and a deep connection to its land.
The event celebrates this excellence with tastings, masterclasses, and experiences that highlight the territory and its cultural and gastronomic heritage.
Reboro, Territorio & Passione is an event of Mese del Gusto, the “festival” of flavors and products of Garda Trentino.
A series of delicious events that celebrate passion, tradition, and artisanal excellence.
Experience autumn delight in Garda Trentino and join the Mese del Gusto activities!
Eating local is good for you and for the place you're visiting.
The events of Mese del Gusto celebrate seasonality and short supply chains, the key ingredients of a more mindful approach to food.
They are also Eventi Attenti (“mindful events”): events that take practical steps to reduce energy use and waste, encourage recycling, and promote more sustainable ways of getting around.
Join in, taste, explore: every event is an invitation to choose with flavour and with greater awareness. It doesn't take much to make a difference!
