Wine is culture, identity, and tradition. Reboro was born from the friendship and collaboration of the winemakers of the Valle del Vino Santo Trentino, who chose to invest their expertise in the art of grape drying to create a fine red wine from Rebo grapes. After drying on the aréle and three years of aging in oak barrels, Reboro reveals elegance, structure, and a deep connection to its land.
The event celebrates this excellence with tastings, masterclasses, and experiences that highlight the territory and its cultural and gastronomic heritage. The program is further enriched by a dialogue with other great Italian wines: this year’s guest of honor is the Chianti Classico of Greve in Chianti, a symbol of Tuscany recognized worldwide.

Valle dei Laghi and Greve in Chianti tell their stories
Three wineries from the Vignaioli Vino Santo association open their doors to welcome three producers from another region. In each winery, you’ll also meet two producers from the Greve in Chianti Association.
Two iconic wines, two regions united by a passion for viticulture — told directly by the winemakers themselves. Each tasting will be paired with traditional culinary specialties from both areas.
The participating wineries from Greve in Chianti are: Castello Vicchiomaggio, Castello di Querceto, Fattoria Santo Stefano, Tenuta di Nozzole (Folonari), and Conti Capponi (Villa Calcinaia).
