Thursday, July 23 and Thursday, August 27, 2026, the Museo Etnografico Giudicariese PAR IERI di Stenico will host a creative and educational workshop led by Ivan Montagni, dedicated to the ancient art of handmade paper making.
A unique opportunity to learn how to transform simple hemp stalks into beautiful sheets of handcrafted paper, using traditional techniques that have nearly been forgotten. Participants will be guided step by step through the process — from fiber soaking to sheet forming — and will experience firsthand the natural, sustainable, and authentic way of making paper.
