The magic of DiVin Ottobre at Hosteria Toblino.
A sensory journey through the aromas of autumn in Trentino, where tradition meets creativity.
Guests are welcomed with a small entrée, followed by a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, homemade bread and locally produced olive oil.
At the heart of the menu are tagliatelle with beef ragù and a delicate Trentingrana foam, paired with two excellent wines from Cantina Toblino.
TRENTINO WINE EXPERIENCE

Trentino Wine Experience: where cycling meets the wine glass on an authentic journey combining sustainable mobility and excellent wines.

Among rows of vines, historic farmhouses, contemporary architecture and the aromas of the winery, every mark on the page becomes a story and every brushstroke captures a breath of the landscape.
Watercolours at the Winery is more than a creative workshop: it is a sensory immersion in nature, colour and wine. Walk through the vineyards, observe details in bright wine cellars, sketch and paint. Finally, enjoy a guided tasting that celebrates the local area, with a glass in your hand and a sketchbook filled with memories and emotions.
