Although a plant of Mediterranean origin, the Broccolo di Torbole thrives just a few kilometers from the snow-capped mountains in the heart of winter. This small miracle is due to the proximity of Lake Garda and the moderating influence of the Pelèr, the wind blowing from the northeast. For this reason, the Broccolo di Torbole is called the "son of the wind."
