The MAG Museo Alto Garda presents Baricentri. Identità urbane dei quartieri 2 Giugno e Degasperi, a photographic exhibition exploring the everyday life of Riva del Garda through its neighbourhoods.
Created by the Associazione Il Fotogramma, the project is the result of long-term observation and offers a perspective on the lived city, shaped by relationships, shared spaces and social networks.
The exhibition will be open throughout spring and summer, until September 20, 2026.
The exhibition reflects on the concept of the urban “centre of gravity”, understood as an alternative centre developing alongside the historic and tourist core of the city.
The 2 Giugno and Degasperi districts, originally built as post-war expansions, are now vibrant areas characterised by strong community life.
The exhibition unfolds through thematic sections guiding visitors through local identity:
The journey concludes with a black-and-white section that distils the visual narrative into a more essential and evocative perspective on the relationship between urban space and community.
An invitation to discover a different side of Riva del Garda, where belonging takes shape in everyday life.
