From Nosiola to Vino Santo, a tasting journey through wines and local traditions.

A walking tasting experience through the vineyards of Santa Massenza, in a territory deeply connected to winemaking and grappa production.
With a glass in hand, you will walk through the village and the vineyards of the Giovanni Poli winery, discovering wines, grape varieties and landscapes that give life to some of the area’s most representative labels. From Nosiola to Trentino Vino Santo, each stop reveals a different part of the territory.

The experience starts at the Giovanni Poli winery and continues through Santa Massenza, accompanied by stories about the village and its wine-making tradition.
The route includes several tasting stops among the vineyards:

Nosioi Vineyard: tasting of Nosiola, with insights into the grape variety, the vineyard and the traditional Trentino pergola system
Fuggé Vineyard: tasting of Fuggé Bianco, with a focus on grape varieties and the Guyot training system
Vai area: tasting of Rebo, exploring its connection to Merlot and Teroldego
Return to the winery: final tasting of Trentino Vino Santo paired with a selection of Slow Food Presidium cheeses
