Join us on the panoramic terrace of Hotel Baia Azzurra for an unforgettable culinary experience! With local chef Matteo, you’ll make fresh pasta, traditional tomato sauce, and your very own Tiramisù to take home. Start with a welcome aperitivo, enjoy a guided tour of the hotel’s vegetable garden, and finish your dishes with garden-fresh lemon zest—all with breathtaking lake views. You'll also receive a recipe booklet to bring the flavors of Italy wherever you go!

Tie your apron—we'll take care of the rest!

You'll be welcomed with a welcome aperitivo, then everything you need will be provided: fresh ingredients, all cooking materials, apron, recipe booklet, and exclusive access to the beautiful terrace;
The hotel staff will be by your side for guidance and support throughout the experience;
In case of bad weather, the class will be held indoors in the hotel’s dining room;
The activity is conducted entirely in English;
Adults only (participants must be at least 18 years old).

Matteo was a very nice man with a passion for cooking and he was willing to share it with us. It was not only serieus, we've had fun and we've learnd a lot tips and tricks. It was lovely to take a look in the herb garden, we could pick up what we want to put on the self made tagliatelle. Cooking lab was perfect and we've learnd that 'less is more' in the Italian kitchen! Thank you Matteo and thanks Simone for sending us the great pictures.

This was really disappointing. I had high hopes of a cooking class in Italy. The scenery was gorgeous, but the class was very poorly instructed and guided. The sauce you learned to make (which all we did was cut the tomatoes for and then watched the instructor do the rest) was only tomatoes and salt. While I understand you don’t need to use a lot when it’s good ingredients, I would’ve hoped to learn a dish a little more complex than just sauteeing tomatoes. All around, left disappointed.
