An open kitchen immersed in the greenery of Frizzi Vivaio & Showroom.
Here, the creativity of Andrea De Lillo of NIN, once again awarded a Michelin star, meets that of Evelyn Dalglieh and Carlo Faggionato of Locanda 53.
At the heart of the event is South American cuisine reinterpreted through a 100% local ingredient: river and lake fish from Troticoltura Armanini. Finger food, techniques and Latin American influences take guests on a small culinary journey from greenhouse to greenhouse, moving between the kitchen, bar and music.
The experience is accompanied by live music from the MusicaRiva Ensemble, with a repertoire inspired by the great South American musical traditions, from Argentine tango to bossa nova, creating an elegant and engaging atmosphere. The evening starts with an aperitif, then it’s up to you how to continue. The ticket includes four finger food creations – two from each chef – and one drink at the bar. If you’re still hungry or simply want to keep the evening going, you can add more bites and drinks and turn the aperitif into a full evening among greenhouses, food and music. Before you leave, there’s one last sweet surprise waiting for you.
