A glass of our own Trentodoc opens a journey that weaves together knowledge and flavour. From the oil mill, where extra virgin olive oil reveals its secrets, the path leads to the table: Madonna delle Vittorie oils meet four gourmet creations by Troticoltura Armanini, in a harmonious dialogue between land and water.
The experience includes a welcome glass of Trentodoc produced by the Madonna delle Vittorie winery, a guided tour of the oil mill, and a tasting of Madonna delle Vittorie oils – including the new freshly pressed unfiltered oil – paired with four gourmet creations based on freshwater fish from the nearby Troticoltura Armanini.
