The undisputed star is Carne Salada, a symbol of Tenno and Garda Trentino, ready to win you over in every version.

This themed menu, created with the symbolic ingredients of Garda Trentino’s food and wine tradition, is part of the Mese del Gusto.

Carne Salada Duo - Homemade Carne Salada prepared according to the ancient family recipe, served raw in two versions: finely sliced with mushrooms in olive oil, or as tartare with lemon, chives, Tenno extra virgin olive oil and lamb’s lettuce (Recommended pairing: Busat Rosé – Cantina Comai)
Carne Salada and Beans - Selected beef, dry-cured in-house following tradition, thinly sliced and grilled, served with the typical beans (Recommended pairing: Créa Merlot Superiore – Cantina di Riva)
