Ristorante La Cort invites you to experience a culinary journey: a convivial five-course menu with two different paths to choose from – one inspired by the land and one by the lake – both celebrating the finest local products.

The proposal enhances top-quality local ingredients, carefully crafted to highlight their authentic flavors and properties. All in an intimate and refined setting, with attentive and dedicated service.

This themed menu, prepared with ingredients that symbolize the food and wine tradition of Garda Trentino, is part of Mese del Gusto.

• Welcome bread and olive oil with 46° Parallelo Monovarietale – Frantoio di Riva extra virgin olive oil
• Carne salada tartare on Trentingrana fondue and sautéed porcini mushrooms
• Crispy ossobuco tortelli with carrot cream, Parmesan fondue, and cherry vinegar
• Grilled Iberian pork ribs with caramelized onions, baked potatoes, and barbecue sauce
• Tiramisù cake

• Citrus-marinated trout with caramelized onion, goat cheese mousse, and coral wafers
• Ravioli with seasonal vegetables on pea cream, red prawn tartare, and edible Tenno flowers
• Seared sea bass fillets with mashed potatoes, cooked vegetables, and aromatic sauces
• Cannolo filled with lemon cream from Lake Garda on strawberry sauce and seasonal fruit
