A practice designed for climbers
Tight shoulders after a day on the rock? Tired forearms after a long session? Or maybe you simply want to slow down, reset and find your focus before another day at Rock Master?
During the festival, join a special Hatha Yoga session led by Sara Grippo, yoga teacher and passionate climber.
Designed around the needs of climbers, this practice focuses on the elements that support movement on the wall: shoulder and hip mobility, balance, breath control and body awareness.
A chance to take some time for yourself, release tension and experience Rock Master from a different perspective, alongside fellow climbers and members of the community.
