Inspired by the famous Dinner in White concept, this event offers a unique interpretation that celebrates the Valle dei Laghi and its identity. The setting is the charming Cantina Fratelli Pisoni, where white and green become the colours of the evening: white symbolises light and togetherness, while green reflects the surrounding vineyards and the area's close connection with nature.

Guests are invited to wear white clothing with green accents, helping to create an elegant and harmonious atmosphere that becomes part of the experience itself.

The evening is inspired by the pleasure of sharing a table, enjoying good food and meeting new people in a relaxed setting among the vineyards. The menu has been created by Chef Paolo Betti in collaboration with Slow Food Trentino Alto Adige, showcasing local ingredients through a refined starter, two first courses paired with fresh white wines from the Valle dei Laghi, and a dessert by Silvia Biasioli Pâtisserie, served with a glass of Reboro, one of the valley's signature wines.
