Hands-on sustainable cooking experience with local ingredients and wine
An experience designed for anyone interested in a more conscious and seasonal approach to cooking. Together with Chef Giada Miori, you’ll discover how simple ingredients and local products can become a creative aperitivo to share.
The activity begins with a walk through nearby fields and woodland around La Casina, collecting seasonal ingredients and wild herbs along the way. Each participant receives a basket to fill before returning to the kitchen to prepare an aperitivo paired with Nosiola wine from Cantina Toblino.
