An immersive experience of deep relaxation, where the vibrations of ancestral instruments like Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums and koshi envelop body and mind in a continuous harmonic flow. Lying down with eyes closed, you are guided on an inner journey that slows thoughts, releases tension and awakens your most authentic energies. The sound frequencies penetrate the body, stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and support deep psycho-physical rebalancing. A wellness ritual that is not only sensorial but also regenerating, helping you to naturally reconnect with presence, calm and inner alignment.

With Daniele Campestrin, Natural Wellness Trainer, Ayurvedic therapist and yoga teacher. He works in Natural Wellness offering Forest Bathing, Mindful Walking, Barefoot Hiking, yoga, conscious breathing and meditation in nature.

• The sound bath lasts about 60 minutes and takes place at the American Bar of the Grand Hotel Terme, in an intimate and welcoming setting, with small groups of up to 20 people;
• The activity is designed for an adult audience;
• Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing; mats and cushions will be provided on site;
• The experience takes place indoors and is guaranteed even in case of bad weather.
