Amidst the quiet landscapes of the Garda Trentino mountains, there's a place where time slows down and your body rediscovers its natural rhythm. At Rifugio Nino Pernici, you can enjoy a moment of true well-being: a pilates session surrounded by nature, led by physiotherapist and osteopath Eva Barnsteiner. Practicing on the grass, breathing in fresh mountain air and soaking in the silence makes the experience even more regenerating. After the session, a hearty traditional lunch awaits you at the refuge to complete your moment of balance.

All you need to know:

• The activity starts at 10:30 with the pilates session, followed by lunch at 12:00.
• During booking, you’ll be asked to choose one of the two lunch options:

Option 1: first course + soft drink/beer/glass of wine + dessert
Option 2: main course + soft drink/beer/glass of wine

• Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat or towel—if you don’t have one, no worries: practicing on the grass makes the experience even more authentic;
• New to pilates? No problem: the session is open to everyone and tailored to the group’s level;
• Families with children of all ages and four-legged friends are welcome;
