Dinner with wine pairings from Romagna and the Valle dei Laghi, between tradition and reinterpretation

At the Fratelli Pisoni Winery, this evening experience celebrates the meeting of two regions: Valle dei Laghi and Romagna. Two native grape varieties — Nosiola and Albana — are paired with dishes inspired by their respective culinary traditions, creatively reinterpreted by Chef Federico Parolari.
Each bite is a new discovery, each sip tells a story. The perfect chance to explore the authentic flavours and rich heritage of both territories.
