A Unique Gourmet Dinner

A dinner created by the combined talents of chefs Evelyn Dalgliesh and Carlo Faggionato (Locanda53), Sebastian Sartorelli (Hosteria Toblino), and Damiano Goldin (La Terrazza). Each course – naturally based on freshwater fish – is paired with local sparkling wines, for a sensory journey enhanced by the essential, elegant spaces of Monastero Arx Vivendi and the music of MusicaRiva Ensemble, with a taste of notes between Piazzolla and Theodorakis.
