Every autumn, Pranzo di Tenno hosts the Festa dei Maroni, an event that has been celebrating one of the area’s most characteristic local products for 49 years.
Organised by the Comitato Valorizzazione Pranzo, the festival is an opportunity to taste local produce, meet the people behind it and enjoy the flavours of tradition. The stars of the event are, of course, the maroni, the local chestnuts, accompanied by other regional specialities and a warm, convivial atmosphere.
An event that tells the story of the close bond between the local community, its traditions and the land.
