Nosiola con Spirito is an event dedicated to enhancing Nosiola, an indigenous grape variety and a symbol of Trentino and the Valle dei Laghi, presented through all its expressions: Nosiola wine, Vino Santo Trentino, and artisanal grappa.
The initiative takes place in Santa Massenza, the capital of grappa—a unique place in the Trentino region where five historic distilleries are active within the village itself. This extraordinary concentration of knowledge, traditions, and production makes Santa Massenza a benchmark for artisanal distillation, and in this case specifically for Nosiola and Vino Santo grappa.
The event offers an experiential itinerary through the distilleries, featuring guided tastings, direct encounters with producers, and storytelling moments dedicated to the territory. Visitors will discover the complete journey of Nosiola, from vine to wine, from the traditional drying process of Vino Santo to distillation, enjoying an immersive experience in the heart of the capital of grappa.
