From Favrio’s church follow the SAT 433 signs until you reach
Monte Misonèt. This easy trail follows a gravelly path, with steep sections, along which you will find a memorial dedicated to S. Antonio Abate, standing on a rock, and the “Madonnina” shrine displaying the inscription: “Passegger che passi per questa via, ti prego ‘n’Ave Maria” (Those who wander this path, shall pray the Hail Mary). When you arrive at the destination you can rest surrounded by the green pastures. On your way back, follow the same path until you reach the 433 sign, indicating the climb to Monte Misone, turn right and continue through the woods. After passing a small cabin on the left, you will come to a paved forest road leading to Malghe del Misone, a group of farmsteads. Fiavè archaeological area, UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take a right into the main road and after a few metres enter a small paved road on the right-hand side that runs along a picnic area with a small fountain. Pass a group of small villas and continue along the path towards il Molino; here, turn right to enter a town street connecting Fiavè to Favrio, starting point of this excursion.
