Molo Paradiso is a small, family-run gourmet restaurant set in a truly privileged location, offering a unique and unforgettable view over Torbole’s “Conca d’Oro” bay.
Located inside the historic Hotel Paradiso, the restaurant presents a skilful blend of Trentino tradition and Mediterranean cuisine, with refined reinterpretations of Italian and international classics.
In 2025, the Paradiso team won an episode of the popular TV show “4 Ristoranti” hosted by Alessandro Borghese.
Leading the kitchen is Donato Cariddi, a chef from Salento who moved to Lake Garda to share his personal take on local flavours.
