Description
A gentle hike to discover edible wild herbs in Garda Trentino
Join Cecilia Tanghetti, founder of the Capra&Cavoli association, for a walk in the Frassenè area dedicated to local biodiversity and edible wild herbs.
Along the route, you’ll learn how to recognize some of the most common wild plants while discovering their properties, traditional uses and connection to ethnobotany and wild food culture. A different way to explore the landscape and get closer to local traditions and nature.
Back at the Vivai, the collected herbs will be prepared together with local farm products for a tasting experience paired with a glass of Nosiola wine from Cantina Toblino.
