Guided grappa and gin tasting with food pairings
Discover the art of distillation through three tastings with Distilleria Francesco Poli. Begin with an unaged grappa to explore its aromas, characteristics and production methods, then move on to an aged grappa to understand how time and wood transform its flavour.
The journey ends with gin, whose botanicals and aromas offer a contemporary take on distillation. Small food pairings accompany each tasting.
