How was Lake Garda presented to travellers in the past? Through colours, images and memorable messages, tourism posters helped shape the image of a destination now known around the world.

During the guided visit to the exhibition at MAG, an expert guide will lead participants through artworks, curiosities and stories connected with the history of tourism and communication. The experience ends with a tasting of local products, organised in collaboration with Agraria.

What you need to know

You will visit the exhibition dedicated to tourism posters and discover how Lake Garda has been represented and promoted over time. Through images and stories, you will explore the connection between art, communication and local history. At the end of the visit, you will taste olive oil, olive pâté and a glass of Trentodoc Wine.

• When Thursday 27 August to Sunday 30 August at 6:00 pm
• Duration: Around 1 hour, plus the time needed for the final tasting.
• Where :MAG Museo Alto Garda, Piazza Cesare Battisti, Riva del Garda.
