We open the Frantoi Aperti weekend with a journey through the flavours and culture of extra virgin olive oil. An evening designed to tell, taste, and live the deep connection between land, nature, and culinary tradition.

An hour dedicated to discovery and conviviality, with small tastings and engaging stories.
Enjoy autumn-inspired finger foods featuring Maso Bòtes extra virgin olive oil – mini walnut focaccia, polenta chips, vegetable tartare, savoury tartlets, and potato flans – paired with a special non-alcoholic botanical aperitif based on olive oil.
During the guided masterclass with Andrea from Maso Bòtes, you’ll explore the nuances of extra virgin olive oil: aromas, production techniques, and its contemporary uses in cuisine.
BOSCO EVO
From 8:00 PM
An experiential four-course dinner created by chef Giada Miori and the team of La Casina, where olive oil becomes a true messenger of territory and culture.
Each dish is paired with a non-alcoholic drink inspired by the olive tree, autumn ingredients, and the Trentino woods – a gastronomic journey celebrating the most authentic essence of the land.

Pumpkin and gentian cream, char bites, and Maso Bòtes Millenario EVO Oil
Pairing: Olive leaf and bergamot infusion
Barley risotto with olive butter and wild mushrooms
Pairing: Hay, verbena, and forest honey extract
Roast guinea fowl with Drena chestnuts and braised cabbage
Pairing: Olive, apple, and rosemary brine
Chocolate and chestnut pavé, pear sorbet, and EVO oil
Pairing: Strawberry grape, bay leaf, and new oil reduction
