Live cooking and tasting at Casa Caveau with Slow Food Alliance chefs.

An intimate and atmospheric location, a glass of Vino Santo, a glass of Nosiola: these are the ingredients of this unique culinary experience. At Casa Caveau – the museum dedicated to Vino Santo Trentino – you’ll enjoy a live show cooking session with the chefs of the Slow Food Alliance, true ambassadors of local excellence.Each evening features the preparation of two specially created tasting dishes, paired with a selection of Nosiola and Vino Santo Trentino D.O.C. wines presented directly by their producers. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover the authentic flavours of the Valle dei Laghi and learn the stories behind each ingredient.

The experience takes place at Casa Caveau del Vino Santo, in Piazzetta del mercato, in Padergnone;
The cooking show is live: you’ll see the chef at work and can ask questions;
During the evening, you’ll enjoy:

Esperienza meritevole, location fresca e storica, prodotti pregiati slow food e piatti armoniosi con selezione accurata di erbe aromatiche, ottimo Nosiola, eccellente Vino Santo.Il tutto spiegato e ben illustrato.Convivialità ma anche cultura e riflessione. Da consigliare anche agli ospiti delle nostre strutture ricettive del territorio.Complimenti!

Location suggestiva e esperienza interessante nel complesso. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. A fronte della particolarità dei piatti serviti, sarebbe opportuno specificare le pietanze o comunque mettere a conoscenza i partecipanti che potrebbero essere non comuni. Mi è inoltre dispiaciuto non avere lo show cooking, i piatti erano già pronti ed è stato il loro racconto ma non una presentazione live della preparazione, anche questo andrebbe chiarito nella presentazione dell’evento
