Live cooking and tasting at Casa Caveau with Slow Food Alliance chefs.

An intimate and atmospheric location, a glass of Vino Santo, a glass of Nosiola: these are the ingredients of this unique culinary experience. At Casa Caveau – the museum dedicated to Vino Santo Trentino – you’ll enjoy a live show cooking session with the chefs of the Slow Food Alliance, true ambassadors of local excellence.Each evening features the preparation of a specially created tasting dish, paired with a selection of Nosiola and Vino Santo Trentino D.O.C. wines presented directly by their producers. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover the authentic flavours of the Valle dei Laghi and learn the stories behind each ingredient.

• The experience takes place at Casa Caveau del Vino Santo, in Piazzetta del mercato, in Padergnone;
• The cooking show is live: you’ll see the chef at work and can ask questions;
