- Expert chefs from the Slow Food Alliance, true ambassadors of local excellence, who will cook a dish right in front of you, specifically designed to enhance the flavours of the local region;
- A selection of Nosiola and Santo Trentino wines, expertly paired with the dish of the evening.

• Bookings within 5:00 p.m. the day before the trip;
• Start: 7:30 p.m.;
• Meeting point: Casa Caveau of Padergnone | (Google Maps);
• Duration: 2 hours;
• Service included: Show Cooking, dish prepared by a Slow Food Alliance chef accompanied by a Slow Food Presidium cheese, a dessert and a tasting of Nosiola wine and Vino Santo Trentino D.O.C.;
• Please specify any food intolerances or allergies;
• The activity will only take place with a minimum of five participants. If this is not the case, a full refund will be issued;
