At Casa Caveau – the museum dedicated to Vino Santo Trentino – you’ll enjoy a live show cooking session with the chefs of the Slow Food Alliance, true ambassadors of local excellence.Each evening features the preparation of a specially created tasting dish, paired with a selection of Nosiola and Vino Santo Trentino D.O.C. wines presented directly by their producers. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover the authentic flavours of the Valle dei Laghi and learn the stories behind each ingredient.
