Bike Festival - Sunrise Ride

A first-ever experience at the Bike Festival: a guided sunrise ride on one of the most iconic routes in Garda Trentino.
The Strada del Ponale, with its switchbacks suspended above the lake, is the perfect warm-up before continuing the climb towards Pregasina.
The goal is to reach the Regina Mundi area at just the right moment, as the sun begins to rise over the mountains.
And for those who join us, we’ve also planned a little sweet surprise.

In short: a brand-new tour for those who love starting early, enjoying the ride and stopping at just the right moment.

Who is this tour for?

For those looking for a bike experience that goes beyond a pure sporting challenge.
The tour is suitable for riders of all levels, including beginners, provided they have basic confidence riding on gravel surfaces.

The route follows the Strada del Ponale, on gravel roads and compact surfaces, with a pace suited to the group and scenic stops along the way. This is not a competitive tour.

During the ride, participants are required to respect traffic regulations and follow the guides’ instructions.
For safety reasons, working front and rear lights are mandatory. The route may be slightly adjusted depending on weather conditions or the group’s level.

Activity reserved for participants aged 18 and over, or from 16 years old if accompanied by an adult.

What to expect during the tour

• Start at 05:00 am -from the Bike Festival Guided Tours Stand (maps)
• Duration: approx. 3 hours
• Distance: approx. 14.5 km
• Elevation gain: approx. 550 m

You’ll be accompanied by certified MMOVE guides, who will ensure safety, support and pace adjustments based on the group.

What to bring

• E-MTB in good condition
• Helmet mandatory
• Working front and rear lights
• Cycling shoes and technical riding clothing
• Clothing suitable for early morning conditions, with a warm and/or windproof layer
• Water (at least 1 litre)
• Sunglasses
• The use of a light backpack is recommended.

What if I don’t have a bike?

Our outdoor specialists can provide information on rentals and availability.
Bike rental is not included and must be arranged independently – we recommend contacting them early.

For this tour, both MTB and gravel bikes are allowed, either electric or non-electric (hardtail or full suspension).
During check-out, we kindly ask you to specify which bike you will be using to participate.
