What is a Garbage Ride & Walk?
A group bike ride or walk that brings cyclists and walkers together with one goal: to collect as much litter as possible along trails and roads.
On Saturday 10 October, the fifth edition of the initiative returns to Arco, combining outdoor activities, respect for the environment and the pleasure of spending time together.
The day begins at 2:00 pm at Cantiere 26 in Arco with an optional yoga session.
Those taking part in the clean-up will meet at 3:00 pm.
After a short briefing, participants will be divided into groups and head out along different trails and roads in the area to collect litter.
Participants will return to Cantiere 26 between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm, where the day will continue with a DJ set and free buffet.
There will also be some gadgets for the group that collects the largest amount of litter.
The Garbage Ride & Walk is an environmentally conscious event that turns a day outdoors into a practical way to care for the local area, involving participants in collecting litter along roads and trails.
