Im Garda Trentino ist Olivenerntezeit. Am 7. und 8. November nimmt dich Frantoi Aperti mit in die Olivenhaine und Ölmühlen des Garda Trentino. Hier erfährst du, wie natives Olivenöl extra entsteht, und kannst das Öl der neuen Ernte verkosten.

Triff die Produzenten, lerne die einzelnen Schritte der Verarbeitung kennen und entdecke bei Führungen, Verkostungen und sensorischen Erlebnissen die Aromen, Geschmacksnoten und Eigenschaften des Olivenöls.
