The Residence Villa degli Aranci, a 19th century villa, is located in Riva del Garda in a strategic position, a few meters from the new "Blue Garden" shopping center with supermarket, shops, restaurants and ice cream parlor, 100 meters from the lake and the beach with the convenient cycle path and 700 meters from the historic centre, the "Fraglia della Vela" sailing club and the Congress Palace.

The residence has a large garden with swimming pool, private parking inside the structure, city bikes available to customers, electric charging point for cars, storage and washing area for bicycles.
