Description

Residence Alessio is situated in the suburb of Bezzecca, in a very nice position, sunny from morning to evening and with a lot of green areas. The residence is composed of two buildings with 15 and 13 apartments disposed on three floors, with balcony or terrace. The city center isn’t far away and near the residence start a very nice path that goes directly to the lake and its beaches. The residence has large green areas equipped with tables and chairs to eat outside, deckchairs and sunbeds, barbecue, playground for children, bowling field and Ping-Pong. There is a big outside parking place, a garage for bikes and motorbikes and a laundry. The residence has two swimming pools, one for the adults and one for the children.

How to get there

From the Highway Brenner/Modena [A22] exit ‘Rovereto Sud’ and follow the indications to Riva del Garda, pass through Nago and then Torbole and reach the city centre. From here follow the indications to Valle di Ledro / Lago di Ledro, after the tunnel continue on the main street up to Molina di Ledro. Stay along the Lake up to Pieve di Ledro [about 4 km after Molina di Ledro], the town after it is Bezzecca. Pass through Bezzecca until you will see on the right side an Eurospin Supermarket, 200 meters next to this Supermarket always on the right side you will see a sign that indicate the entrance of Residence Alessio and our office.

Conditions

We would like to remind you of some important information:

- We wait for you directly at the Residence Alessio for check in and key. We are open every day

- Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 . If your arrival is different from this, please contact us so that we can make suitable arrangements.

- Check-out is possible between 09:00 and 10:00.

- The first supply of bed linen is included in the price. Towels are not included in the price, but can be reserved at a cost of EUR 5.00 per person with change.

- Tea towels and kitchen linen are not included.

- Heating according to consumption: the meter will be read on the day of your arrival and on your departure

- Your four-legged friends are welcome, but are not allowed in the pool area. The supplement is 5.00 euro per night.

On request, we can provide a cot and high chair for the little ones; please ask us about availability and costs.
