From an old barred barn two independent, spacious and equipped with all conveniences have been made. They are located in Comano Valle Salus - Giudicarie Esteriori - Trentino, about 4 Km from the Thermal Park. The Giudicarie Esteriori, less known than the Interiors (Val Rendena and lateral), stretch between the Brenta Dolomites and Lake Garda and combine the attractions of a tourist area with the quiet of the less known and popular valleys. The property features a private outdoor lawn / courtyard, private parking spaces and private garage.
By train / coach : Trento Railway Station. Outside the train station, on your right you'll find the coach station. Take any direct ride to Comano Terme or Tione. Get off at the terminus or at the stop of Ponte Arche / Comano Terme.
By plane: Valerio Catullo / Verona Airport. Then you need to rent a car to reach Trentino: take the A22 motorway towards Trento / Brennero.
By car: A22 motorway, exit Trento sud. Then state road SS45Bis towards Madonna di Campiglio. After about 16 Km, in Sarche, take the SS237 / Via Caffaro road, always in the direction of Comano Terme, Tione, Madonna di Campiglio. After 12 km you reach Ponte Arche / Comano Terme. At the roundabout take Via Giovanni Prati, towards SP5 provincial road. After passing the COOP supermarket turn right for SP5 - Bleggio. After about 3 Km you reach the hamlet S. Croce. Stop in the church square: you will be welcomed there.
Animals are not accepted. Smoking is not permitted.
No damage must be done. The furniture cannot be moved or used for a different use than the original one.
All utilities are included, except for heating.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 30 days before arrival, 10% of the cost of the stay will be retained. Within 7 days before 50%. The balance of the booked stay will be requested within the previous 48 hours.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm to 9 pm: check-out by 10 am.
Availability for periods of less than or equal to 3 days is subject to confirmation.
The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival at the facility and, in any case, no later than two days from arrival in the case of bank transfer.
The structure cannot accommodate a number of people greater than the number of beds offered. Tourist tax 1 euro/person per day (max 10 days).
The Picchio Autumn apartment has a reserved external parking space; the Picchio Spring apartment in the garage.
