Lake House La Gemma is located in a strategic position among vineyards and olive trees at the foot of Mount Brione only 1 km from the shores of Lake Garda and 3 minutes drive from Riva del Garda. The THREE apartments offer peace and quiet to experience nature, the charm of the lake, sport and all that Trentino offers in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The beach and the old town centre can be reached on foot or by bicycle thanks to the cycle and walking paths. The elegance of the interiors and the functionality of its sunny gardens make the apartments suitable for both families and sportsmen. At your disposal: air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, docking station, kitchen and kitchenette equipped with dishwasher and microwave oven, laundry and bike storage with repair corner. Bed linen and towels included. Jacuzzi and barbecue in the garden, indoor car park.

How to get there

Arriving from Nago-Torbole, once you have crossed the tunnel of Monte Brione which leads to Riva del Garda, turn immediately right into Via Monte Brione and continue straight for 700 meters. On your right the sign with the Lake House logo indicates the entrance gate located 50 meters from the turn.

Check in apartment: from 15:00 to 18:00 on the day of arrival, Check out by 9:30 on the morning of the departure day.

Inform by phone 1/2 hour before arrival (+39.347 656 8687); the structure has no reception and we must reach the house to welcome you.


The reservation will be considered confirmed only after the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the entire stay within a period to be agreed. The balance must be paid on the day of arrival in cash, by credit card or debit card. Failure to comply with these terms will automatically result in the cancellation of the reservation. After check-in a security deposit of € 100,00 in cash will be requested and will be returned on the day of departure following a check of the apartment.

It will be required on site the payment of the tourist tax: the amount of € 1 per person/night to be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights from 14 years old.
