Description

Lake Attic apartment, renovated in 2021, is finely furnished and well-equipped. It is located on the top floor - served by an elevator - of Villa Lina, an elegant Liberty-style villa just a short walk from the city center and the beaches of Riva del Garda. Furthermore, it is situated at the entrance of the road that leads to the beautiful walk to the Bastione and, for the more adventurous, to the church of Santa Barbara. The apartment enjoys a privileged position: despite being a few minutes' walk from the town, it is situated on a hill, that provides a serene escape from the bustling center. Additionally, it boasts a breathtaking panorama of the lake and of the charming rooftops of Riva. Guests also have access to the spacious private (shared) park, which gives the house a sense of tranquility and well-being, and the use of a personal parking space and private garage, a true rarity in Riva!

How to get there

A few days before check-in, I will send guests detailed information and a map to facilitate their arrival at the house and enable self-check-in. The property begins with a gate that marks the extensive common and private space of Villa Lina. Outside the gate there is a small safe with a code containing the keys to the gate. Driving along a short driveway of a few tens of meters, you will reach the private garage of the apartment (at the moment, parking is available outside the garage which can be used as bike storage) and the house. Outside the house, there is a second safe with a code containing the keys to the top-floor apartment, which is accessible by elevator. 

Conditions

Dear guests, please remember that your stay at the apartment includes the final payment for cleaning expenses, as indicated in the estimates for each stay. It is also worth noting that two bicycles, kept inside the garage, are available for guests free of charge, subject to availability.
