Do you want a full experience holiday in Arco and in Alto Garda territory?

La Fontanella - Holiday Apartments is the perfect accommodation for any type of holiday: sport, adventure, tasting or relax vacation.

It has three apartments: Segantini, Castello and Sissi and the main characteristic of the structure is the green colour.

The apartments are located in Via Vergolano, in the historic center of Arco, a few minutes from the main square of the city, restaurants, cafés and many shops.

For this reason, the property is located in a restricted traffic area, but our customers that have a reservation, can enter to load and unload their luggage.

The historic building has been recently renovated keeping the imprint of the rustic in a modern key, but with all the comforts, with an eye to the environment thanks to renewable energy and a look for the waste reduction.

Garda Trentino offers the opportunity to practice many sports such as climbing, trekking, mountain biking, windsurfing, sailing and canoeing thanks to a territory full of landscapes, trails, paths and lakes.

For our customers, sports lovers, who want to live a unique experience in this wonderful territory, we offer an additional service.

On the ground floor of the structure, we also manage a rental of electric bikes and for those who wish has a 10% DISCOUNT on the total price of the rental!

How to get there

PARKING

We offer three options, all available upon request and subject to availability:

  • Private underground garage with lockable storage room - ideal for safely storing bicycles and sports equipment → €15 per day
  • Private covered garage without storage room → €13 per day
  • Public parking permit for designated areas within the Municipality of Arco → €8 per day

Garages (height 2.20 m) are subject to limited availability; we therefore recommend booking in advance.

Several public parking spaces are available in the historic centre; however, please note that during peak season, parking nearby may not always be immediately available.

Conditions

TOURIST TAX (effective from 01 November 2015)

To be paid EXTRA in CASH. 1,50€ per night per person (under 14 years old are exempt) for a maximum of 10 days.

CHECK-IN: between 15:00 and 19:00. After 19:00 the entry codes are provided and check-in is done the following morning from 9:00 until 11:30.

Inform us of your arrival time (+39 379 1224053, also WhatsApp) because we are not always physically in the hotel.

CHECK-OUT: leave the apartment by 10:00/10:30 on the day of departure.

OTHER INFORMATION

  • For the little ones we provide a well-equipped camping cot with anti-suffocation pillow, sheets and blanket and a high chair. TO BE REQUESTED!
  • Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and common indoor areas.
  • Pets are not allowed in the structure.
  • We kindly ask you to throw the trash in the appropriate bins before leaving the apartment!
