Description

The GardaStivo residence, an ancient real estate complex dating back to 1860 completely renovated, is located in Bolognano, a quiet village equipped with every service (supermarket, pharmacy, bank) which is 1 km from Arco (reachable on foot through an enchanting walk immersed in the countryside ) and 4 km from Torbole and 5 km from Riva del Garda (reachable in a few minutes by car or by means of a cycle path that runs alongside the Sarca River and Lake Garda).

It is certainly an excellent starting point for long walks and practicing any activity that the area offers, free climbing, mountain biking, wind surfing, sailing, canyoning, rafting and horse racing. Furthermore, in winter it is possible to reach different ski lifts in just under three quarters of an hour.

Guests can use all the common areas, internal patio, garden, swimming pool, deck chairs, gazebo, bicycle and surf storage, laundry room.

Pets are not allowed except those of old customers.

How to get there

We recommend the exit Rovereto south;

At the roundabout take the 4th exit in the direction of Riva del Garda;

Continue on Tierno Gallery;

Continue until Nago and at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit towards Arco;

In the bottom of the hill, just after the traffic lights, turn right: Bolognano;

Pass the supermarket COOP on your right and turn left through the front door of the church, go straight about 200 meters;

Before the curve, on your right, you will find a yellow structure, YOU HAVE ARRIVED!

Conditions

Check-in: 16:00-19:00; available at other times upon request.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM (if there are no same-day changes, the apartment will be available until late afternoon, which will be communicated during the stay).

Extras:

- Air conditioning €8/day

- Common laundry €4/wash

- Pets allowed only for returning guests (€8.00/night)

- Pool view: +15% (can be requested at the time of booking and are reserved based on availability)

- Tourist tax: €1.50 per person/night (ages over 14 for stays from 1 to 10 nights); payment on-site in addition to the booking cost.
