Located in the small mountain village of Ballino, an ancient pass between the Giudicarie Valleys and the Alto Garda Trentino, our B&B is halfway between Lake Garda and the Brenta Dolomites, at an altitude of 765 m above sea level. Considered an ecomuseum, the area is rich in beauty and the location of the B&B is strategic, as it is just a few kilometers from Lake Tenno, Lake Garda, the medieval village of Canale di Tenno, and Rango. Meadows and forests provide a perfect backdrop for long walks in the surrounding area. A short stroll leads to admire the three waterfalls of the Rio Ruzza in the Sajand area, where enthusiasts can take on the Ferrata “Signora delle Acque”.
Our B&B occupies part of the 19th-century family home and was renovated in 2024. Surrounded by green mountains, here one can breathe fresh, pure air that allows for restful sleep even during the hottest summer nights without the need for air conditioning. There is free parking available near the property.
For breakfast, we offer a selection of fresh, genuine products with quality ingredients. From homemade sweets, fresh bread, jams, seasonal fruits, to cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, yogurt, cereals, accompanied by coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea, and fruit juices.
Ballino is easily reachable from both Lake Garda and Trento.
From Riva del Garda, take the provincial road towards Tenno and Passo Ballino: the village is 14 km away and can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
From Trento, follow the SS45bis towards the Valley of Lakes and Ponte Arche, then continue in the direction of Passo Ballino; the journey takes about an hour.
For those coming from Verona or the A22 motorway, the recommended exit is Rovereto Sud – Lago di Garda Nord: from here, continue towards Riva del Garda and Tenno following the signs for Ballino.
The village is also connected by line buses from Riva del Garda, Comano Terme, and Ponte Arche.
Both rooms are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
