Description

Casa Piva is located in the Casarino Valley, a side valley of Val di Pur, only 800/900m from Lake Ledro.

It is situated in a sunny position and immersed in the surrounding nature. The house has 2 apartments and is surrounded by a large private garden with children's games, tables, chairs, and a grill available for guests.

A short walk through the woods connects Casa Piva to the lake, which can be easily reached on foot and by bike.
In the vicinity of Casa Piva, we find the farm "Bosc del Meneghi," where small fruits and medicinal herbs are grown according to organic and biodynamic methods, and about 500m away is the environmental art path "Ledro Land Art."

How to get there

From Riva del Garda, follow the brown road signs indicating "Lago di Ledro" or "Val di Ledro".
The road continues for about 5 km in a tunnel.
Once out of the tunnel, continue on the state road of the valley, passing through the towns of Biacesa and Pre' di Ledro until reaching
Molina di Ledro. After passing the town of Molina, you will come to an intersection; turn left and then continue right towards the locality of Pur along the lakeside road.

We welcome you, accompany you to the house, and hand over the keys to the rented property.

Conditions

The price includes the consumption of water, electricity, cooking gas, bed linen, use of the washing machine (where available), WiFi internet (where available), and firewood for the fireplace/BBQ (where available).

To be paid on the spot:
- tourist tax € 1.00 per person/night starting from 14 years old and for a maximum of 10 nights
- any heating consumption is extra
Upon request from guests:
- bath linen (€ 8.00 per person);
- pets (€ 8.00 per night);
