Description
The Residence Maroadi is a brand new construction located in the Centre of Torbole in a quiet area only 300 metres from the beach. It is an ideal place to spend a relaxing and tranquil holiday, within walking distance of various sporting opportunities (windsurfing and sailing schools, yachting clubs, bike service and shuttle, canyon adventure) the wellness and beauty centres, the fashion and sports shops, the classical and local restaurants, the pizzerias, the bars for the nightlife and entertainment. All 26 apartments are 55 metres squared and have three rooms: two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a pull-out sofa double bed. Each apartment has independent access and a large terrace where you can eat. It is fully furnished. Each apartment has an allocated underground parking area, while a secured room is available for sports equipment (windsurf, mountain bike, etc.). An elevator brings you directly from the garage to your apartment. A swimming pool for you and your children, a small playground and a ping pong table are also on grounds offering you a more relaxed and comfortable stay.

BY CAR: Motorway A22, Brennero-Verona, exit 'Rovereto Sud / Lago di Garda Nord'. Follow the directions for 'Riva del Garda' (13 Km). At the roundabout in Nago (just 1Km before Torbole) follow the sign for Torbole, the road will descend with the amazing panoramic view of the entire Lake Garda.

Conditions
The Residence office is open during the season from 08:30 to 10:30. When the Residence office is closed, check-in can be done at the Maroadi Camping office, which is open every day from 07:30 to 23:00. Prior to your arrival, we will send an email with all the necessary details for check-in. The Residence is located at Via Alle Peschere 2 A, and the camping office is at Via Gardesana 13 A, Torbole TN.
