Regenerative walk to the Sun Oasis Naone forest clearing with simple yoga and breathing exercises

Naone, the ecological project located above Lundo in a forest clearing, can be visited every Sunday. There is a guided tour where you can get to know the idea of the ecological and artistic project.
This place is not accessible by car, but can be reached on foot in 30 minutes from Lundo (a district of Comano Terme). The slightly ascending path to Naone with a difference in altitude of about 200 meters is healing and regenerating.

We meet at the parking lot at the entrance to Lundo and from there we walk up to Naone together.
