We are a small, family-run farm with our roots in the village of Santa Massenza, a place with deep historical ties to viticulture and renowned for its wine and grappa production.
For five generations, we have focused on cultivating local grape varieties such as Schiava and Nosiola. In our small, historic distillery, we use a traditional copper bain-marie still to transform only our own fresh, unpressed grape pomace into unique grappas that remain true to our heritage.
